It's absolutely absurd to claim that 55% of Americans have an actual opinion about whether the CFPB's funding structure is constitutional (which is what they were asked). I'd be surprised if 60% of Americans even knew what the CFPB did.

Luna does not actually think it would have been beneficial to Trump to have Stormy Daniels on TV talking about her depressing sexual encounter, or Cohen talking about Trump orchestrating the payoff. She just wants to make Fox viewers believe Dems are trying to hide something.

Biden's trailing by 1.7 points or less in the 3 states that he needs to win to win the Electoral College. Obviously he'd rather be ahead, but close to a dead heat doesn't quite seem 'bleak.'

Protectionism has concentrated benefits and diffuse costs, so it's always tempting for politicians to put tariffs in place. For a couple of decades, politicians did a good job of resisting those temptations, but no longer.
