I don't believe Yousaf's 'white' speech was racist. It was a cack-handed way of talking about diversity that was always going to provoke reaction rather than action. People can disagree with him without being 'far right' - a term the SNP increasingly throws around at opponents.

We'd all have preferred a win, but that squad - while vastly improved - still doesn't have a 90 minute performance against them. At half time the league was over. At the end, game on.

At 92 minutes, there was no need for Football Fans to fill in hate crimes forms. At 93 minutes, the Police Scotland switchboard and computer went into meltdown as hurty words were reported in the thousands.

I feel we are at the end of Scottish politics. We used to discuss the miners' strike, poll tax, water privatisation & oil - all at a time when there was no parliament! -now, we debate if people are upset by Tweets. I type this as someone involved in the yes-yes campaign in 1997.

Consider this: Humza Yousaf, Scotland's first minister, says that J.K. Rowling is “offensive, upsetting and insulting”, because she said this person - a double rapist - is a man, and not the 'woman' he claims to be. I am lost for words as to what has happened to Scotland
