I've been wearing crocs or going barefoot for approx 3 months.

Last night I put dress shoes on to go to dinner with Mrs W. Unbelievably tight. Previously very comfortable.

In person, everyone comments how tanned and beautiful Esme's skin is.
It 'glows' and looks 'so healthy'.

When we tell them that we lay her in the sun for an hour every morning people worry and start to tell us to be careful, and to watch what we do.

Looking at the region where I farm, I see more characteristics of African landscapes than British.

and NPPC always claim we couldn’t raise all the hogs outside.

My rough back of the envelope math says about one to one and half hogs for every acre of corn in the US.

Jason’s math says Iowas hogs would fit in the corn in 20 counties.

Or do you want vibrant, juicy, shiny and plump specimens?

Same with animals. Would you want animals that are propped up by medications? Unable to…

I'm so incredibly grateful to finally be living on some land. Started farming in 2019 on leased land while still living in town.

Watching my children immediately take to the farm, like ducks to water, has been a true blessing. Outside until sunset and then called in for showers…

Of all the low hanging fruit in D2M Ag, I still think that heritage breed pigs rotating under monoculture pine plantations is it.

They have shade and space.
Water is easily gravity fed. Electric fence set ups are easy. Feed is easy.

Plantations won't want pigs next to cash…
