Just felt an aftershock, after today’s NYC earthquake. Seemed almost as strong as the first one earlier today!

A small yet profoundly meaningful gesture in a time dominated by hatred, dehumanization, and calls for revenge from both sides.

So it turns out to have been a 4.8 earthquake in New Jersey. It was short, but in NYC, it did get a few good jolts in.

Got back to Brooklyn last night for a few weeks, and this morning, I just felt what seems to be a small earthquake.
