In 10 years it will be “obvious” that the thing to have done today was form aligned private societies which build huge, gated, luxurious, city-like infrastructure projects (including acquiring undeveloped & low density land) — but how many will do it?

If your phone, browser, accounts, watch, car, and card are gonna collect your data, you should be able to see it all on a dashboard just like any resource owner at a tech company
