President Tomas Heidar addressed the plenary of the seventy-eighth session of the United Nations General Assembly yesterday during its consideration of agenda item 75(a) “Oceans and the law of the sea”.

Président Tomas Heidar, a prononcé une allocution hier devant la soixante-dix-huitième session de l’Assemblée générale des Nations Unies (ONU) réunie en séance plénière, à l’occasion de l’examen du point 75 a) de son ordre du jour (« Les océans et le droit de la mer »).
