Deployed juvenile bull kelp ( #durvillaea ) on cultivation lines for the first time! (To our knowledge) Growth rates will be measured monthly over 12 months and compared to tagged individuals in a nearby natural population. Exciting stuff at IMAS ! #seaweedfarming #research
