My two outgoing cardiac registrars have taken their #andilooklikethis badges to their new hospitals in Lincoln & Mansfield. One of the two incomers already has his badge now, the other will send me a photo and I will make it for her Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS FT hospital

Brand new human factors module delivered today. Module 5: SOP’s, Guidelines and Information Processing. Fantastic group, who all contributed to their own learning and that of other candidates.

Awake for 18+ hours = same effect as being x2 over legal alcohol limit for driving When staff transition from day to night shifts circadian rhythms also turned upside down Employing organisations need to help & support staff to reduce risk of error & fatigue and improve morale
