Thankful to get an amendment added today to re-dedicate the Mendota Bridge to the Gopher Gunners of the 151 FA Bn, Minnesota National Guard , where I spent a large chunk of my own military career.

HUGE day for the UHL mission as we acquired an adjacent 12 acre property & building for our growing mission and campus - the nations first sports complex for military kids & Veterans!
We even got them to throw in the fire truck… who doesn’t want a fire truck!?

Happy 100th birthday to my friend & WWII Veteran Lou Chiquette!!
Lou was a B29 Tail-gunner who earned the Distinguished Flying Cross for his heroism. I was honored to personally place his brick first on our Heroes Monument United Heroes League a few years ago.

We also had some very special United Heroes League military daughters read the lineup card in the locker room as part of #CommunityHeroes night! So cool.

We *no kidding* were just discussing legislation regarding FLYING CARS at the MN State Capitol a few minutes ago. They’re coming. What a world.

Honoring three heroes today from Burnsville. We will never forget the ultimate sacrifice these three made for their partners and their communities. Please pray for their families. God bless Burnsville!

It’s taken courage to publicly back the blue for the last few years. This week showed us the best of them. And there are many more like Ruge, Elmstrand & Finseth. I hope part of their legacy is to make it OK to openly support law enforcement again. The good ones. They need it.

Early morning surgery for rotator cuff/ labrum repairs on my glove side shoulder. I was in great hands Twin Cities Orthopedics with rockstar surgeon Nick Meyer !! All went well and I look forward to being back on the ice next season. #ortho #TCO #LTIR

Hard to believe it was mid-60s yesterday with 3/4” of water on the rink.
One more night of hockey tomorrow at SCHEELS Rink and then it’s adios until next season.

It’s February 25th and there is a giant living moth on the ice rink. #Minnesota
