Olayemi Olurin He is just as guilty by law of the murder since he was involved in the original crime (illegal stop/kidnapping) that resulted in his death. Same as the neighbor in Ahmaud Arbery murder he assisted in the attempted kidnapping that resulted in the death of a person.

Shirlean Brumley Olayemi Olurin The stop wasn't illegal, the beating was! The two cops who didn't participate in the beating had a duty to stop it and should be disciplined accordingly. Having said that, it is a different crime than those who killed Tyre.
