Today I visited the 4 bakeries World Food Programme helped reopen in City.
Bread seems like a simple staple, but for people who haven’t tasted it in months, it’s a lifeline.
We’ll continue efforts to reopen more bakeries further north & across the Strip- but we need accelerated access.
