Today’s Weldon Conference discussed the critical pipeline of higher education to the workforce, centered on the pivotal work underway to advance Indiana's vision to become a global hub for business innovation and growth, driven by the power of our human capital.

My second State of Higher Education address earlier today was one of HOPE. Enrollment trends increased and policies and initiatives are making a positive impact. Last year was the wake-up call, this year the data tell us we are on the right path, but work remains.

Yesterday, Chris Lowery, Indiana's Commissioner for Higher Education, delivered his highly anticipated second State of Higher Education Address. He offered valuable insights into current trends, enrollment figures, and recent programmatic developments within higher education.

Today is the state priority deadline for the 2024-2025 application. If you miss the priority deadline, state aid is still available! It will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. There is also an appeal process if you miss the deadline. #FAFSA #DestinationFASFA
