The ministerial code says all announcements of new policy should be made to parliament first. Parliament is sitting today. Why is Sunak making his announcement on sick notes outside parliament? He’s breaking his own ministerial code.

I think you're omitting to mention the fact FB always opens the programme by confirming the audience is a balanced representation of the electorate.
