🗝FIB-4 ≥1.58 and ALT≥31 at year 1 after NUC = high incidence of HCC.
👉FAL-1 score = applicable number of FIB-4 ≥1.58 and ALT ≥31
👉HCC @ 10 years = 0.7%, 9.8%, and 24.1% for scores 0, 1, and 2, respectively
