This was one of the richest discussions of funder collaboration I've been in (and I've been in quite a few!) thanks to insightful contributions from Aleema Shivji, The Gannochy Trust and City Bridge Foundation - chaired by Richard Graham, who has nicely captured the essence of it here.

Jim Cooke North East Youth Alliance Jim also joined a panel, chaired by Justin Watson YPF Trust, together with The Ballinger Charitable Trust, NBS at Northumbria University and Youth Endowment Fund.

Great discussion, ranging from the benefits of flexible funding to the need for more diverse boards.

Head of the Funders Collaborative Hub Jim Cooke spoke at yesterday's North East Youth Alliance conference.

Jim shared insights from the Hub about how funder collaborations can engage more equitably and inclusively with delivery organisations and other stakeholders.

I like how this interview shows that, when developing trading activities, success can look very different for different organisations. But as Greg says, never underestimate the value of 'an enterprise mindset'. A must-read for funders who want to help build charities' resilience.
