Smoking causes enormous pressure on our NHS and so tonight I will be voting in favour of the Tobacco and Vapes Bill. It is a leading cause of cancer, and this bill allows the Government to take the fight to its root cause.

Great news for Derby and South Derbyshire Rail industry with the Secretary of State for Transport’s announcement that they have agreed to fund 10 trains at Alstom but Alstom need to confirm in writing that they will invest in the Litchurch Lane site.
