A coalition of all student encampments in the Netherlands have released a powerful statement rejecting the offer of ethical commissions to evaluate all ties that Dutch universities are offering now. They also defiantly defend their protests to achieve an immediate boycott.

The UvA Amsterdam has just sent this email to their staff and students. Mindblowing. Nothing on sending riot police on their own students. Despite recognising horrors in Gaza, their only solution is more talking. The movement will continue. Boycott now.

Here is the answer to the board statement. Students at Radboud have occupied a lecture hall, CC1, renaming it Refaat Alareer Hall and will have a program of lectures for the afternoon

The Radboud CvB offered to set up a commission to evaluate ties based on value of 'open science'. This means stalling and continuation. The students reject this. We already know that 'open science' with Israeli universities means genocide and ethnic cleansing.

This lunch time students greeted the CvB at Radboud University @[email protected] with a reminder of their continued complicity during a genocide. University CvBs keep stalling. We need action now, not tomorrow, not next month.
