πΊπ¦Max PlaidπΊπ¦ Pollik The Halcyon Order @HarryHamishGray Exactly, far too many cyclists don't have a bell. I've lost count how many times I've nearly been clipped on a footpath because a cyclist hasn't used a bell (because it didn't exist).
To me, a bell is like a car indicator and should be mandatory for all cyclists.
Pollik πΊπ¦Max PlaidπΊπ¦ The Halcyon Order @HarryHamishGray That's fair enough if it's a timid bell, but all the ones who have nearly clipped me, there was nothing on their handlebars.
But yeah, both at fault in the clip case.
@HarryHamishGray #ElizabethLine if it was the same length as CrossNorth:
This investment is relatively a drop in the ocean.
Conner Pollik πΊπ¦Max PlaidπΊπ¦ @HarryHamishGray I'd actually say the dog own isn't at fault. If you have another look, you'll see the dog is under control and moves as indicated. It could just as easily been a toddler. The Cyclist is going too fast and not concentrating on the path ahead.
Dr Anton Howes Sam Dumitriu Roi Perez @HarryHamishGray For what it's worth, I teach the first-year undergraduate econ students at Edinburgh Uni, and I can testify that this is not hypothetical - they actually did predict it when I spoke to them in multiple small group sessions last year.
