Madam President, Dr. LaTonia Collins Smith stopped in Memphis, Tennessee for her Presidential Bus Tour. Students at Kipp Memphis, Freedom Preparatory Academy, and Memphis Business Academy learned about what Harris-Stowe has to offer and received scholarships!
