It's mad(dening) to see a relatively recent development of the Irish sports campus at Abbottstown north Dublin, which is ultimately meant to support people being more active, has been planned in such a way to make car access easy and walk/cycle/bus as hard as possible.

Disappointing to see people who claim to advocate for #Disabled #Equality supporting retention of discriminatory barriers which exclude many Disabled people using wheelchairs, mobility scooters, cycles & other aids.

Dermot Hanney Eamon Ryan Funding isn't the issue. The outgoing Minister with responsibility for Office of Public Works didn't give it attention. The solution has been identified and they need to lead on it. I'm expecting the new Minister (@kodonnellLK) to prioritise it.
