Office for National Statistics (ONS) Labour Force Survey data that has found that one in four (27%) disabled workers are in severely insecure work. This impacts 1.3 million disabled people.

Our long-term policy recommendations are:
3. Improve job security and flexibility for all workers
4. Improve enforcement of labour market regulations
5. Reform Personal Independence Payments (PIP).

Our short-term recommendations for Government are:
1. Scale up Access to Work
2. Strengthen Statutory Sick Pay to improve chances of disabled workers returning to work

Our toolkit is live! So many people to thank for their hard work on this. Delighted also that the evidence supports the positive impact of vocational training and apprenticeships for marginalised young people. Now to get this evidence into action!
