Our work on Microwave Nanopore is online at ACS Omega.

Here we show the detection of nanoparticles through a nanopore. Unlike sensing particles by resistive changes, we use a microwave resonator to infer the nanoparticles through their dielectric response.

I will be giving an online webinar on Monday about our microwave sensors operating in microfluidics system for dielectric classification of microparticles and detection of nanoparticles.

Instability of a thin membrane pulsating under constant fluid flow.

We integrated a Silicon Nitride membrane, with a microwave resonator in a microfluidic system to observe this effect.
