Target for Labour run #CheshireEast to be carbon neutral by 2025 has been pushed back to 2027.
There is no legal requirement to do this, so why is it a priority?

I frequented crewes 'Town centre amenities' or lack there of, and the roads almost destroyed my near side alloy. I shall nor be venturing to that ill lacking town again. It was like bomb craters. Absolute disgrace. Cheshire East Council slumlords
