Q1: What moment or event made you decide to become an education leader? I'm not sure I ever made the decision to become an education leader. Life, my core team, & my actions seemed to step in and make the decision without me knowing I was ready or able to lead #WomenEdLeaders

Q2: How do you find your voice in moments when you might be intimidated? I am still trying to find my voice in some situations. For me staying calm, taking time to gather my thoughts, & sharing/advocating/articulating the importance is key. #WomenEdLeaders

A4: I think a good underdog story makes others relatable. We have all had times in our lives where we have felt like the underdog. Hearing others stories and how they have persisted and grown is aspiring to me. #WomenEdLeaders
