Last night, we filed our request for a Temporary Restraining Order against the ATF’s Universal Registration Check Rule.

Americans should not be subject to this tyranny while our case makes its way through the judicial system.👏

Another day. Another ATF beat down.

260,000 veterans have been doxxed to the FBI in violation of their constitutional rights.

My amendment would have deleted their names from this unconstitutional database, rectifying this injustice.

The 2A shall not be infringed.

FINAL UPDATE: While a minority of Republicans voted to DELAY Rep. Eli Crane’s amendments to restore 260,000+ veterans’ gun rights & prevent veterans from being “red flagged” by bureaucrats, Chairman Rep. Mike Bost has promised to consider it for markup in July.

We think Rep. Eli Crane explained it pretty well: banning bureaucrats from disarming veterans “is a common sense amendment.”👏
