Me and Dad did 10 miles of the Kintyre Way from Tarbert to Skipness today, where we saw tree pipit, ringed plover, male hen harrier and a grand total of 5 cuckoos!
All with great views of Arran and the rest of the Kintyre Peninsula.

Joined a small group of volunteers from BDS Scotland in Perth today. Fab to meet people from all walks of life, who are dedicated to dragonflies and it was ace to find water fleas, water boatman and a stickleback in the pond at South Insh Park 💚

Same clothes, different garden. In today’s sesh on the uni community plot, there was unprecedented news, it’s been dry for 3 days on the bounce!
We sowed some seeds for a wildflower meadow and repaired the watering can in order to water the thirsty plants.

Busy, busy week with assignments, revision and rehearsals. Squeezed a gardening sesh in, where we planted main crop spuds, should be ready for next semester. Sowed carrots and got all arty designing signage.
