-ongoing funding to First Nations Mandated Post-Secondary Institutions

This bill passed today - but it was opposed by BCU and the Conservatives.

This should have been a nonpartisan, slam dunk.

Disruptive behaviour at schools? Intimidation?

Their tireless advocacy was a critical part of the path for our government’s work to make prescription contraception free, a historic milestone we can all take pride in!

Starting the day with the Chamber, the Premier and business and community from around the region.

Both BCU and BC Cons just voted against this moving to committee stage.

The pathway to recognizing First Nations inherent right to jurisdiction over their child and family services is one we are walking together.
