It was at our Embassy here in Washington that he penned his famous Iron Curtain speech - the speech that would coin the term ‘Special Relationship’ to refer to the UK-US partnership.

Andy Warhol’s diamond-dusted portrait of the Queen is one of the most iconic in the Government Art Collection. 💎👑🖼️
