'growing self-confidence of 🇮🇳 diplomats, the increased sensitivity of 🇮🇳 nationals to perceived slights.. & the general sense among the 🇮🇳 public that the country has “arrived” on the global stage is in fact reminiscent of another rising & chaotic democracy: the 19th-century 🇺🇸'
