We need to STOP running DOOM on new things
and START putting new things into DOOM.

For example, today I added micro-transactions to the original game. Any time you pick up an item, the game freezes until you make a payment.

Once again this just proves how untrustworthy an 'all digital' future is. They can't take away your disc copies of the game but they can take away your digital purchases anytime. It's not a hypothetical, it's happening right now!

Personally I've always enjoyed Infection more in custom games than in matchmaking. That's my personal reason for not playing it much in matchmaking. I just prefer the wackier settings and custom modes people come up with that wouldn't be suitable for matchmaking.
