-“Aa burada da pişmaniye yapıyorlar!”
-“Siz Türkiye? Evet pişmaniye.” 😂

Çin’den sonra Güney Kore’de de “ejderha sakalı” adıyla pişmaniye yaptıklarını keşfettik.

Burada çalışanların birkaç kelime de olsa Türkçe konuşmasıysa ayrı duygulandırdı.

-Sour sea bass soup with fresh Sichuan peppercorns
-Sour shrimp with eggplant purée (beğendi)
-Loquat kebab
-Quinoa salad with mint and chestnut
-Baked baby potato (kumpir) with bulgur salad

I call today’s menu “sour fusion”!
