BREAKING: after months of Congressional pressure, Office of the Special Envoy for Iran Rob Malley caves and announces the Department of State will submit any Iran deal it reaches to Congress pursuant to INARA.
This comes after a year-long effort by the administration to bypass Congress and the law.
