Take a look at what our Dementia Walking Sports and Activities Group got up to last week!📷

Participants got involved in some light sit down exercises and took part in a drinks taste test, focusing on using their sense of smell to identify the drinks before giving them a taste!

Today we’ve been at Bupa Place in Salford Quays at the Community Market Day!

Employees at @bupa have been able to learn more about F92, whilst also having the opportunity to sign up to volunteer for us at different events across the year.
