Damian Flores, recipient of the Ben Castañeda Scholarship for 2024, was gifted a cello by North Side alumna Stefanie Martinez. Damian will attend Texas Wesleyan University on a full-ride scholarship, studying Music Education. His goal is to return to NSHS one day to teach music!
