Robert Judge, the President of the Public Library Board in Lafayette Parish, wrote this hateful, homophobic comment to a mother who lost her child to suicide.

This hate is unconscionable and heartless for anyone, much less someone who controls a library.

Later, when people from these countries say they do not trust the West, it will be written off as ignorance and incidents like this will be ignored.

Companies will do things like this and people will turn around and say black people have a genetic predisposition to obesity, kidney disease, diabetes etc

In grad school I got the scholarship for students hoping to become school librarians in NJ. My classmate loudly declared how unfair it was that I automatically could get a scholarship since I was Black(assuming I got the diversity one). I still remember how bad I felt years later

So this is the latest lady that wants late night libraries. Just so you know what she really thinks. Also those of us who have pointed out her flawed logic are “naysayers” who should “stop being so negative or you’ll never have nice things.”

I applied for a library card in my new hometown, and I thought I attached a photo of my drivers license to prove my address, but as the library pointed out… I accidentally attached a different photo…

The way Nigerian twitter is blowing up at this makes me think a lot of ChatGPTisms are just colloquial language for the workforce they hired to write fine tuning data.
