A door checker charges £80 per door. Much more if anything needs changing. So my service charge will increase by £320 each year, as Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities Home Office & Health and Safety Executive make me, the victim of the #BuildingSafetyCrisis , pay for the negligence of these depts & the construction industry.
