It's hard to get excited about changing the mundane rules, but if you sense the reality of #gerrymandering , money in politics, other issues, you can't get to that unless the rules are more equitable
The larger the chamber, the more power becomes centralized in the hands of a few

#Redistricting , #gerrymandering , legislative rules, partisan games with PA budget: it's all about power.
People in numbers with moral persuasion can be powerful.
But even if 100% of the people of PA are for something, 1 committee chair can kill that idea.

When did FDPA 1st notice @PALegis doesn't take PA constitution seriously?
When we looked at PA district maps.
Compact? Contiguous? As few divisions of counties, boroughs, wards as possible?
Who could ever vote for a district like former CD7 & think they were following PA law?
