Over 120 armed conflicts are happening in the world and millions of civilians are suffering the humanitarian consequences of them. Respecting the rules of war is not an option: it is an obligation of all parties to armed conflicts.

Days turn into weeks. Weeks into months. Months into years. For every person missing, countless people are missing them. Families deserve to know what happened and where are their loved ones.
