In-depth discussion with Itay Epshtain, Special Advisor for Norwegian Refugee Council on the catastrophic humanitarian situation in Gaza. Ambassador Nathalie Broadhurst recalled that France firmly opposes an offensive into Rafah and any forced displacement of the population of Gaza.
