Our manuscript, which describes a negative regulator of autophagy and immune-related secretion, is out! It features a direct physical interaction between autophagy and vesicle transport, as predicted and visualized by AlphaFold-Multimer. Great teamwork with Yasin Dagdas lab

Thrilled to share this chapter of my PhD thesis! We built on previous work by Peter Moffett and show that the 150 amino acid nucleotide binding domain of sensor NLRs is sufficient to activate downstream NRC helpers!
