With this Act, the EU secures access to diversified, affordable, and sustainable supply of critical raw materials — essential for strategic sectors including clean tech, digital, defence and aerospace industries.

In two years of #REPowerEU we collected many achievements, but we need to keep going.

Our goal is to phase out completely Russian fossil fuel by 2027 and that renewable energy accounts for at least 42.5% of our energy consumption by 2030.

#REPowerEU  means a more secure and independent energy system for 🇪🇺

Gas prices are now back around pre-war levels.

And on March 31st, at the end of the heating season, our gas storages were over 58% full ‐ a record high for that time of the year.
