We're in Sacramento today to reject cuts to child care access in @cagovernor's #CABudget proposal!

#CALeg say:
❌ NO to freezes to child care spaces for families
❌ NO cuts to #CalWorks
✅ YES to paying providers for the true cost of child care

The Legislative Analyst is right to question why business tax credits are on auto-pilot, even as the state faces a budget shortfall.

These credits reduce the amount of state taxes big businesses pay, reducing the available resources to make meaningful investments that support Californians.

We are fully opposed to #CaBudget cuts that would permanently harm a generation from toxic #ChildPoverty

We demand a budget that says #HandsOff the #SafetyNet proven to lift children out of #poverty !
