Rashada's lawsuit, filed by attorney Rusty Hardin, is seeking in excess of $10m in damages, claiming he lost a $9.5 million deal with Miami booster John Ruiz when he flipped to Florida. Claims Ruiz had paid Rashada, then in high school, $150,000 to that point.
