Your conscious mind shuts down otherwise& you‘ll only consume without filtering at the same time. This makes you easy to manipulate.

Rico is a deep root to a beautiful tree that is today’s musical landscape as we know it.

If you’re an artist or exec or producer that’s ever touched the city of Atlanta, you are a product of his work and impact.

Periods should be:
- 100% pain free
- short
- easy to manage

If not, then you run the risk for other complications later like endometriosis, PCOS, etc. These conditions have ruined…

as women we should be more serious about period and stop thinking it’s normal to have to be in hell each month. it ain’t normal, it’s just common.
