The weather has been beautiful today in Wales. Tomorrow = home time… the end of the route is in sight for our Gold warrior teams!

The weather has improved for our Silver groups who have been out on their The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award practice this weekend in the South Downs. One more day to go!

Congratulations to all the The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Gold Award holders! What a great way to celebrate such an achievement.

Today was a perfect setting for Year 9 DofE Training! Well done to all involved and thank you to Bright Expeditions for peaching the teams all they need to know about trangias, first aid, kit, 20 conditions and mapping!

Meanwhile, the staff team visited Big Pit yesterday and travelled 90m down into the disused mine.
