.Government of Uganda communicators are supposed to communicate, not to counter argue. For example, the only take home for the public from the Kisozi trip, is Madam’s dress. Nobody has told us details of the home that was visited: acreage & income from coffee, bananas, cows, poultry, etc!

Rwanda’s PR is run by the best brains. They are even sent abroad to attend specific programmes. While at Government Citizen Interaction Centre, Rwanda was silently my benchmark 🙈

I disagree. 4 acres is good land. In Bushenyi, very few farmers own 4 acres, but are able to send children to school & build nice houses. However, Government of Uganda must increase its support; provide genuine animal vaccines, herbicides, security, credit, etc., for the model to succeed.

Social Media has evolved. Government of Uganda critics are well facilitated, networked & can gather facts in seconds. See criticism of Kisozi Farm visit. Meanwhile, Government of Uganda Social Media Managers are stuck in a system we built 2016/2020. No creativity. Keep giving jobs to your relatives!
