P7A have been learning about First Aid this week. Today we were learning about the contents of a First Aid kit. #DPSP7A

#DPSP34N were working as a team this week solving maths mysteries! It was fun being detectives…

#DPSP34N designed our own Stone Age outfits and had a go at sewing them today! It was really tricky but we kept trying. Mrs Matthews was really impressed!

P3T have been learning about Japan. They were building robots out of junk. #DPSP3T

#DPSP5J have made their own salt dough in the Learning Lab. They have used their dough to model brown trout.

#DPSP5J enjoyed visiting St. Blane's Church and learning about The Easter Journey. A big thank you to all the Ministers and helpers who organised such a worthwhile, interactive learning experience.

#DPSP6H have been showing creativity through play in the forest. Playing golf using a stick and pinecones and making perfume from flowers! #ThisisLfS

The Sustainability Squad had an exciting meeting with senior pupils Dunblane High School sharing their ideas and visions for developing a Sustainability Squad together for S1-6 #ThisisLfS

We have been planting more flowers for pollinators. Thanks to Tesco Dunblane for donating these flowers #SDG15

#DPSP6H enjoyed working with fourth year students University of Stirling taking part in different activities, learning all about nature! We identified the characteristics different minibeasts, calculated the age of trees and learned about camouflage!

The Sustainability Squad Biodiveristy team worked with On The Verge to sow more Pollinator Patches within our school grounds. We’ve added another two patches this year. These will provide an important food source for pollinators 🌸🦋🐝 #ThisisLfS

Our parent helpers have been showing lots of creativity, using pallets to create a bench and planters. Thanks to WeighAhead for donating the pallets! #SDG12 #Community #ThisisLfS

P6H have been learning all about elections and created their own political parties. We came up with our own Pledges for change linked to the #SDGs and the #UNCRC . We had lots of inspiring ideas! #ThisisLfS

Thanks to our amazing parent volunteers and pupils who have added a new upcycled planter to the playground. The planter was originally a filing cabinet. Now it’s filled with lovely flowers and peas which we will all be able to harvest and try! #SDG12 #ThisisLfS

Well done to these P6 pupils who achieved their Bikeability level 1 recently. And a huge thank you to all the wonderful volunteers for supporting them. #DPSP56W 🚴

P5/6W had lots of fun making Easter crispie cakes! We learned how to melt chocolate, mix, divide the ingredients equally and work as a team. #DPSP56W
