Eight good questions here, to which I would add a ninth: Why didn't Wada attempt to travel to China at the time, despite quarantine measures? Was this case not deemed significant enough? Once through quarantine, China in early 2021 was still quite open.

This is embarrassing on so many levels.

1. Why not release this information at the time, who really benefits from the lack of transparency and secrecy?

2. What happened to strict liability? Whether someone benefits or not, surely at this scale it proves it’s systematic?

So disappointing from WADA.
