Has anyone tried the Kitty Korner Door?
I keep seeing adverts and im thinking of getting one for the cloakroom when we move so we don't have to keep the door open for Wilfs litter

I don't have a problem supervising PAs if the role is as was originally defined. They would be a useful addition to the workforce supporting junior doctors to enable them to go for training/ clinics/ surgical lists, or for a very focused scope of practice in Primary Care.

I do…

Why is my timeline filled with chemtrail believers?

Suddenly their seems to be a cohort who believe that UK weather is a result of the government spraying chemicals in the air.

I'm 32 years old, the UK has always had miserable weather. What's new?!

Posts like this make my blood boil.
Michelle has denied that government are as a result of this increase yet since 2010 there has been a 120% increase in homelessness.
Homelessness is a political choice. Everyone deserves the right to a roof over their heads.

I've just received a Moonpig reminder that it's my Nans birthday coming up and to not forget her card.
It's just hit me like a truck reminding me she is no longer here.

It's strange how you can be absolutely fine and then something comes out of nowhere to completely throw you

When Junior Doctors are on £16 an hour and MP's are on £46 an hour.

And raising the Junior Doctors pay by £4 an hour is unaffordable, even though they just raised MP's pay by £5 an hour.

It's hard not to see the lie.

RT if Junior Doctors NEED paying.

Let’s be clear, no PAs would be holding doctor oncall bleeps, running GP clinics, doing endoscopies, GAs etc

Unless they were actively enabled by specific senior doctors

Having spoken to a senior training ITU consultant myself, I can tell you it’s for purely selfish reasons…

It's the first, and likely last spring, in our house. But walking up the road today to see the sun shining and the trees blooming did put a smile on my face.

As an FY I covered 6 specialities in 2 years.
As a paeds trainee, I'll cover multiple sub-specialities over 7 years. My doctor colleagues will do similar despite us being 'specialised'

What makes PA's so special, that they can just walk in and out of a speciality?

Just so Wes Streeting MP is aware. I usually work about 1 to 2 weekends per month.
The weeks I'm on at the weekend I usually work 6 days out of 7, usually around 63 hours in a week.
