I've been practicing medicine for what feels like a long time now and it is still sad when a patient passes away. We have good therapies in #kidneycancer but still lots of room for improvement. We have work to do.

For the first time, we have adjuvant therapy for clear cell #RCC with survival benefit. 38% decrease in risk of death after nephrectomy if treated w/ pembrolizumab.
